Sledding in Arizona

I have the pleasure of getting my butt whipped by my friend and trainer Shanel every Tuesday and Thursday.  This particular day she brought the sled and made me run the foot ball field time after time.  She got Alice to take a ride and she was loving it.  I did a little jog with her on it too.
