2nd Annual Rocky Point Trip

The weekend after Labor Day we headed to Puerto Penasco with the Bates for a family vacation.  The drive there is about 4 hours.  Right before you cross the border you see these giant black fences.  It's so crazy to me that it is the way to see two different countries.  One black fence says stay out.  Pretty intense and you definitely don't want to break any rules when your in a different country and don't speak the language.  Once we got to the house the kids went straight to the water and stayed for about 3 days.  Alice was in love with the water this trip.  She couldn't get enough.  Our time was filled with quesadillas, tide pools, fishing, swimming, sun bathing, iPads and Phase 10.  (I might have actually figured out the game this time)  We went into town with the kids and watched them barter and make friends with the locals.  We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and time together.  The beach sure is Heaven.

Oh my goodness! That picture of Alice laying on her tummy w/ her chin resting on her hand is TOO PRECIOUS! I hope you print that out and hang it up in your house.

Also, that last picture is GORGEOUS w/ the sunset and the striped lines of water. You are a very talented photographer! :)
