Zoo Veteran's Day

On Veteran's Day we headed to the Phoenix Zoo with the Smiths.  I have some great memories as a kid from this zoo.  Unfortunately one of the biggest memories of the gators is gone.  They still have the sun bathing turtles at the entrance though.  I guess my new gator memories will be from the Naples Zoo.  We had a great day with the Smith's.  We saw the Rhino actually walking, played on the toys, got refill after refill in our zoo cups, visited the petting zoo (where Delilah had a meltdown.  She does not like stinky animals) and then went to In-N-Out for dinner.  The best part of all was Gerrit didn't work.  What a great holiday!
