Waiting to close on this house is one of the most frustrating things we've ever gone through. Gerrit is working so hard and then taking care of all these loan things. We've been doing many upgrades to the house while we are renting from the owners before we close. The house needs some serious TLC but was under market and in a great neighborhood. Marty is working hard and it's been a roller coaster. Once it's all over it will be great but this place is causing a lot of problems. Hey at least we have a place to live. Here is what it looks like now, but hopefully not for long. We are slowing bringing it up to par.
